Terms of Use & Privacy Policy

Here is a list of terms and agreements that must be meet before business can be completed.

 

First off, You must be able to comply to these rules if you wish to have services done for you and or others. If you do not comply, I commend the right to deny you from this website along with ever doing business with you in the future.

 

Second, private services have a catch. I will give customers the final product of the services, if a intial payment to me is not completed. In doing this, since I will be using PayPal as my secure service for business, there will be no refunds, and submitting a refund service on PayPal will result in a instant punishment of denial of services. Also I own the rights to sell the final product, though will most likely not, as I wish.

 

Also, I withhold the right to use any product I produce for customers as I please. Since I am the user making the product, it would be very unwise to deny me of this right. Also though I do hold the right to publish any work done for customers, if the user checks the box "Private content" as "Yes"m then I will highly consider no publicity of the product.

 

As stated before, at least half of the final agreed payment of the product MUST be paid for any products to be sent to the customer. In doing this, no one can be called for fraudulences. I can garentee that once half the payment is completed and arrived in the bank account, I will be sure to send the file over. But it must be understood that the file sent will not be the complete version, but only about 50-75% of the final product. If the user is not doing any fradulent acts, I will be sure to send the other half of the product over once the second payment is received.

 

If the second payment is NOT completed. I will highly consider publishing the final product for anyone if I wish to. Also it will give me the right to sell this product even if it is deemed "Private" in the form.

 

Following these fairly straight forward rules will allow for a fantastic process and great business opportunities.
